L’aspect tubulé (★) est bien visible, de même que la distinction avec l’ovaire adjacent (►).
Contenu liquidien pur, anéchogène.
Le contenu peut être échogène :
*hématosalpinx en cas de GEU (voir chapitre correspondant) ou d’endométriose (voir chapitre « Endométriose tubaire » images 9 et 10)
*pyosalpinx si contexte infectieux.
13 – Hydrosalpinx – Transvaginal ultrasound.
The tubular appearance (★) is clearly visible, as is the distinction from the adjacent ovary (►). Pure, anechoic fluid content. The content can be echogenic:
* Hematosalpinx in cases of ectopic pregnancy (see corresponding chapter) or endometriosis (see « Tubal Endometriosis » chapter, images 9 and 10)
* Pyosalpinx in an infectious context.
